Solicitud documentación sobre política pública de ruralidad distrital
REF: DERECHO DE PETICIÓN.
En ejercicio del derecho de petición me permito solicitar la siguiente información:
1. Relación de proyectos, contratos o actividades que se hayan desarrollado desde la entidad en favor de los sectores rurales en la ciudad de Bogotá en el marco del Plan de Desarrollo Distrital de la Bogotá Positiva, Bogotá Humana y Bogotá Mejor para Todos para la Política Pública Distrital de Ruralidad para la garantía plena de los derechos respecto a la ruralidad bogotana, la localidad 20 de Sumapaz y el campesinado en el Distrito Capital.
2. Relación de cuánto dinero se invirtió desde la entidad para financiar el Plan de Desarrollo Distrital de la Bogotá Humana, Bogotá Mejor Para todos y Bogotá Positiva, para la Política Pública Distrital de Ruralidad y la garantía plena de los derechos respecto a la ruralidad bogotana, la localidad 20 de Sumapaz y el campesinado en el Distrito Capital.
3. Relacionar los documentos que la entidad haya producido o contratado bajo en relación a las personas de la ruralidad en Bogotá. En caso de que existan en formato digital por favor remitirlos.
4. Se solicita para efectos de establecer si existe alguna o algunas iniciativas desarrolladas en el marco de algún programa especial, proyecto piloto, iniciativa experimental o cualquier otra forma de intervención frente a personas de la ruralidad que se reporte, teniendo en cuenta obligatoriedad general de las instituciones frente a la Política Pública de Ruralidad, tal y como se consigna en el decreto 027 de 2007:
“ - El Consejo de Gobierno Municipal, Departamental o Distrital, o aquellas dependencias equivalentes dentro de la estructura administrativa de las entidades territoriales que llegaren a surgir en aplicación de las normas constitucionales que autoricen su creación.
La Secretaría, Departamento Administrativo u Oficina de Planeación, que desarrollará las orientaciones de planeación impartidas por el Alcalde o Gobernador, dirigirá y coordinará técnicamente el trabajo de formulación del Plan con las Secretarías, Departamentos Administrativos, y las entidades descentralizadas departamentales o nacionales que operen en la jurisdicción.
Las demás Secretarías, Departamentos Administrativos u Oficinas especializadas en su respectivo ámbito funcional, de acuerdo con las orientaciones de las autoridades precedentes.”.
En caso de no existir ningún proyecto, contrato, actividad, programa, inversión o publicación sobre el tema en esta entidad, POR FAVOR ABSTENERSE DE REMITIRLO PARA RESPUESTA A OTRA INSTITUCIÓN DEL DISTRITO CAPITAL, toda vez que la mayoría de ellas ya han sido consultadas sobre la materia y se han pronunciado en detalle al respecto. Se insiste, si la entidad no tiene respuesta alguna para estos requerimientos no existe ningún problema en que así se reporte en la respuesta. Si la entidad considera que no es competente, con responderlo así se entenderá tramitado completamente este derecho de petición.
Se reitera que la información solicitada corresponde a lo desarrollado en el marco del Plan de Desarrollo Distrital de la Bogotá Humana, Bogotá Mejor para Todos y Bogotá Positiva para la Política Pública Distrital de Ruralidad en el Distrito Capital. Esto es, el Decreto 027 de 2007 y su documento anexo.
Esta petición tiene como objetivo la obtención de información institucional necesaria para el Análisis de la Política Pública Distrital de Ruralidad, en específico xxx en la ciudad de Bogotá, todo esto en el marco de la Maestría en Desarrollo Rural de la Universidad Pontificia Javeriana, en la cual soy estudiante en fase de elaboración de la respectiva tesis.

Status code: 550 5.1.10
This error occurs because the sender sent a message to an email address
hosted by Office 365 but the address is incorrect or doesn't exist at the
destination domain. The error is reported by the recipient domain's email
server, but most often it must be fixed by the person who sent the
message. If the steps in the How to Fix It section above don't fix the
problem, and you're the email admin for the recipient, try one or more of
the following:
The email address exists and is correct - Confirm that the recipient
address exists, is correct, and is accepting messages.
Synchronize your directories - If you have a hybrid environment and are
using directory synchronization make sure the recipient's email address is
synced correctly in both Office 365 and in your on-premises directory.
Errant forwarding rule - Check for forwarding rules that aren't behaving
as expected. Forwarding can be set up by an admin via mail flow rules or
mailbox forwarding address settings, or by the recipient via the Inbox
Rules feature.
Recipient has a valid license - Make sure the recipient has an Office 365
license assigned to them. The recipient's email admin can use the Office
365 admin center to assign a license (Users > Active Users > select the
recipient > Assigned License > Edit).
Mail flow settings and MX records are not correct - Misconfigured mail
flow or MX record settings can cause this error. Check your Office 365
mail flow settings to make sure your domain and any mail flow connectors
are set up correctly. Also, work with your domain registrar to make sure
the MX records for your domain are configured correctly.
