yo, WILSON REINALDO RICO RODRIGUEZ, identificado con cédula de ciudadanía número 1079172555 expedida en Campoalegre - Huila, solicito a quien corresponda la certificación y el Bono Pensional, correspondiente al tiempo de prestación de mi servicio militar al Ejercito Nacional, como soldado Bachiller, en el Batallón de Artillería N° 9 de la Novena Brigada, con sede en Neiva - Huila, la cual fui incorporado al Quinto (5) contingente de 2005 y adscrito al Distrito Militar N° 42 de Neiva - Huila. Y también me desempeñe como suboficial en el arma de caballería en el año 2010.
La anterior solicitud es para ser anexadas a mis semanas cotizadas ante el fondo de pensiones (Colfondos).
