Buenas tardes por medio de la presente me dirijo a ustedes con el fin de solicitar el certificado cetil por la prestación del servicio militar obligatorio durante el periodo que comprende desde el 07 de diciembre de 1997 hasta el 07 de diciembre de 1998 en la POLICIA NACIONAL en el departamento de Policía Caldas, en la ciudad de Manizales para anexarlo a PORVENIR.
