Estimado Gobernación Del Cesar,

Mi nombre es María Fernanda Hernández, estudiante de Relaciones Internacionales. Para la realización de un trabajo investigativo para la Universidad del Rosario en Bogotá, nos dirigimos a ustedes con el fin de solicitar datos (recientes), estadísticas o cualquier documento el cual nos permita indagar a profundidad una de las mayores problemáticas del Cesar: deserción educativa de estudiantes de básica primaria (1-2-3-4-5) y educación media-secundaria (6-7-8-9-11).
Esta investigación tiene como fin presentar un proyecto de políticas publicas que será presentado y realizado por diferentes entes y personal del Gobierno colombiano.
