Por medio del presente escrito requiero ante su despacho la expedición del tiempo de
servicio FORMATO CETIL 1,2,3 a como aparece en la página del Ministerio de Hacienda
y crédito publico
En los cuales conste nombre del trabajado, tipo y numero de identidad, fecha de ingreso y
retiro número de días por suspensión por licencia o interrupción no remunerada y expedir
certificado de salarios mes a mes en original por todo el tiempo en el que labore con
Ustedes, además de un certificado donde se especifique el cargo y los factores salariales
Es pertinente mencionar que ingrese en el batallón de ingenieros numero 5 coronel
Francisco José de Caldas en el contingente 1 de 1986 me dieron de baja el 28 de
octubre de 1987
Agradezco de antemano su gentil y pronta colaboración teniendo en cuenta que la
respuesta debe cumplir con estos requisitos 1. Oportunidad 2-debe resolverse de fondo
clara, precisa y de manera congruente con lo solicitado 3- Ser puesta en conocimiento de
Peticionario. Si no se cumple con estos requisitos se incurre en una vulneración del
derecho constitucional fundamental de petición
